Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm

Loan Policy

• A maximum of three (3) circulation books maybe borrowed by students for one (1) week.
• A maximum of five (5) circulation books maybe borrowed by MBA students for two (2) weeks.
• As the library is on a closed shelf system, students who wish to utilize the books for research purposes are advised to inform the librarian.
• Users who wish to take the books for home reading purposes are encouraged to advise the Librarian and fill up the information sheet.
• Circulation books maybe borrowed by Lecturer for a period of two (2) weeks with a maximum of five (5) titles.
• Employees of AEC may borrow up to three (3) books for home use for a period of one (1) week.
• No loans maybe allowed when any of the books on loan is not returned on due dates.

Note: A book loan or borrowed for three (3) days or one (1) week is non-renewable if it is the only copy available for others to use the same. It may be borrowed again three (3) days after it has been returned.

Fines

• S$0.50 per day, per book.
