AID FOR MYANMAR
AEC students have got together to organize an aid collection for victims of the recent cyclone Nargis that hit the south of Myanmar recently. Led by the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality students, they are seeking to collect cash, canned food, clothing, towels, medicine or any items that would be necessary for the more than one million people affected by this devastation.
They will forward the cash and items to the relief centre at Peninsula Plaza who will then send this to the affected areas. Those wishing to help are encouraged to send their donations via the temporary collection centre at the school foyer.
