1. How do we get to AEC at Jalan Bukit Merah by MRT?
There are two MRT stations closest to the new campus - Redhill and Tiong Bahru.
- From Tiong Bahru MRT Station (recommended)
- From Redhill MRT Station
When you exit the Tiong Bahru MRT Station, keep to the right and exit from the right. As you travel up the escalator/staircase to the road, you will see a bus stop on the right. This is the bus stop from which you can either board the free bus shuttle service or the Public Bus.
Shuttle Bus Service
There is a free air-conditioned shuttle bus service which operates on weekdays (Monday- Friday) from 7.30am – 9.30am and 5pm – 7.10pm and on Saturday from 7.30am - 9.30am and 12 noon – 2.10pm. These buses will stop at The Connection Building Complex. *
*For full details of bus timings, please refer to the shuttle bus schedule. During peak hours, the bus frequency may be increased, depending on the need
The bus stop is just outside the MRT station. As you exit the MRT station, walk along the pavement to reach the bus stop. Bus Service No. 132 will take you to the Bukit Merah Bus Interchange. The new campus is opposite the interchange.

*A covered walkway connects the Bukit Merah Interchange to the New Campus providing shelter in case of rain.
3. How to drive to the new Campus?
From CTE (going towards SLE):
Exit at Jalan Bukit Merah and drive straight on until you see The Connection Building Complex.
From AYE ( going towards Tuas):
Exit at Lower Delta Road, turn left, keep left and drive straight. Turn left at the traffic junction into Jalan Bukit Merah and drive straight. You will reach The Connection Building Complex.
From AYE (going towards ECP):
Exit at Lower Delta Road, turn right, keep left and drive straight. Turn left at the traffic junction into Jalan Bukit Merah and drive straight. You will reach the The Connection Building Complex.
4. Where do visitors park near the new campus?
The Connection Building Complex Carpark
The Connection Building Complex has a public carpark, which has two main entrances : from Jalan Bukit Merah and from Bukit Merah Central.
Other nearby car parks
Public parking is also available at Blk 162 and Blk 119.

There is a wide variety of food available at very affordable prices ranging from vegetarian to halal, Asian to Western and many other choices.
Fast food restaurants such as McDonalds, (open 24 hours), KFC, Pizza Hut and Brinda’s are within a 5-minute walking distance from the new campus.
There are two full-service banks at Bukit Merah Central : POSBank and UOB. Other ATMs are also located in close proximity.
SAFRA, a recreation club, a mere 10 minutes from the New Campus, offers swimming, gym and other sports recreation facilities at very affordable rates.
Tiong Bahru Plaza has a huge Cineplex and offers multiple dining and lifestyle choices.
The Bukit Merah Central and Queensway Shopping center are also close-by and offer a number of value-for-money options.
Our campus is a stone's throw away from the National Library (Bukit Merah Community Library) that offers over three storeys of print and multi-media resources
For all your postal/overseas courier/ remittance/insurance needs, SINGPOST is conveniently located just beside the Campus and provides a one-stop service.
There are many HDB flats at Bukit Merah and a condominium (in Tiong Bahru) where it may be possible to seek accommodation on a rental basis within the vicinity of the campus.
There are a number of medical and dental clinics in the vicinity to provide healthcare support.
