Diploma in Hospitality Management

Course Description

The programme aims to train, coach and impart skills to students to perform roles in the Hospitality Industry. Careers in Hospitality revolve greatly on fulfilling and even exceeding guest requirements and expectations. It is challenging, rewarding and at times even glamorous as you get to meet important and celebrity guests. It is also down-to-earth as you meet all kinds of guests and get involved in upfront service.

Entry Requirements

Pass in English Level 4 or equivalent, Minimum 3 O levels or 5 N levels OR Mature students above 21 years of age with some secondary school education and working experience.

Duration

The Diploma has two specialization modes;:

  1. The Food & Beverage Operations specialization has 7 modules to be done in 3 terms of 2 months each and
  2. The Accommodation Operations specialization has 6 modules to be done in 3 terms of 2 months each
