Lecturer
Due to our rapid expansion, we are in need of quality lecturers to join our academic department. Reporting to the respective Head of Schools, you will lecture in our campus in Singapore (full-time or part-time). Academic staff will be involved in the total development of our students, development of teaching and training curriculum, conducting lectures/tutorials, course delivery and participation industry project development.
Besides teaching, you will also have the opportunity to work on curriculum development work, quality assurance of the programs, and marketing activities in promoting the schools.

Requirements:
- A post-graduate degree in the field of Management / Marketing / Finance / HRM / Law/Retail Management/Interactive Media from a recognised University, where a doctorate degree is preferred;
- At least 3 years of lecturing experience is preferred.
Academic Director
We are currently looking for an Academic Director who will spearhead the academic departments and overseeing all academic qualities aspect.
Your primary responsibilities are:
- Manage Academic Department to achieve optimum level of student retention and satisfaction
- Provide leadership and management for all academic programs
- Develop, review and evaluate academic plans, curriculum, programs and budgets
- Recruit, supervise and evaluate faculty and staff
- Develop and manage academic schedules and handle student issues
- Conduct on-going staff development training
- Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and requirements.
- Maintain appropriate records in compliance with local, accrediting body and company policy
- Develop new degree programs and its subsequent regulatory approving process.
- Liaise with and develop new partnerships for the growth of the school
- Provide top level student and lecturer support
Requirements:
- Possess strong leadership with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- An ongoing customer focus
- The highest levels of integrity at all times
- Master’s degree in a field of education and teaching experience or in progress a BIG PLUS
- Five or more years of management or supervisory experience in an education department
