F&B Training Facility

The F&B training facility can accommodate up to 25pax. This room is for students to have hands-on practical sessions for their Food & Beverage, Flambe and Bar practicals.

Computer Lab

Our Computer Lab Can accommodate 30pax. Computers are equipped with ADOBE Software package and other multimedia software.

Library

Total count for books (in Volume) – 1401 
Our library is well stocked with most books that are associated with the programmes being offered @ AEC. Acquisition of books is also based on the subject's being taught. The library is also a WIFI zone and students can do some quiet study there. Floor area of the library is approx. 167sqm.
